Pizza Success
I am feeling rather proud of myself tonight. Not only did I run for 40 minutes today, go to a lunch party, run errands, and take the girls to the library, but I also made a pizza from scratch out of soy flour. I made the dough and sauce from scratch. It was a thin crust pizza and it turned out really well! The girls each ate a whole slice. I didn't tell them that it was any different because if I had they probably wouldn't have even tried it. Ha! Trickery with food never hurt anybody! Quite a successful day. It also didn't hurt that it was a beautiful day today. I had to break out all the summer clothes since it was 80 degrees today! Well, off to fold clothes!
