MPM

On Monday the girls and I went with Amy and her kids, Haylee and Brady, to the Milwaukee Public Museum. Mondays are free for Milwaukee County residents so we decided to take advantage one more time before school starts. The kids had a good time and I did too despite a smashing headache. It was probably a migraine since light and motion made it hurt and taking Advil did nothing at all.

Anyway, the butterfly exhibit was the by far the favorite place to be. The kids would have stayed in there longer had I not made them leave. Two butterflies chose Alexis' shirt as a haven and she walked around for a good 20 minutes with them on her shirt. Audrey got several to stay on her fingers and then one went onto her face which she thought was hilarious.

I just love free entertainment!

Those are awesome! You're so good about taking your kids different places, what a fun childhood they're having!

I'm glad your experience at MPM was better than your trip to MAM!
