The day after school got out I surprised the girls by taking them to DisneyWorld. I told them we were going to see our good friends, The Stricklers (which we did after we went to Disney). We flew to Orlando and I told them we still had to drive three hours. But once we got in our rental car I told them that we were actually going to DisneyWorld. It was hilarious. They did not believe me. Audrey got big saucer eyes and Alexis immediately asked, "Did you ask Daddy?" Ha ha. I got a great video of it but it won't upload for some reason. I'll keep working on it. I think the best way to describe our three days is through the pictures.
The girls got soaked while riding Kali River Rapids. They loved the ride but not walking around soaking wet---even though it was really hot. Their faces say it all.
Why is it that kids love to ride airport trams? They thought this was great!

Our favorite park was Animal Kingdom. We rode every ride and we really loved seeing all the animals up close.

A night shot of the Princess castle at Magic Kingdom. It rained all day while we were at Magic Kingdom. After five hours of being drenched and riding rides we went back to the hotel to change clothes. We went back after dinner and it finally cleared up. The night atmosphere was awesome! We stayed until the park closed.

This is nighttime at Magic Kingdom. The live music was really fun to watch while we were waiting to ride Space Mountain. Audrey couldn't help but to dance along.

Why are these balloons so awesome? The girls kept their balloons the whole week and then before we had to fly home they sucked out the helium and we saved the balloons.
