Science Fair--Lettuce Experiment

Ah, the dreaded Science Project. I now know why it's dreaded. Blah. Eight days of testing lettuce. We were trying to see what keeps lettuce the freshest for longest. Tupperware, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, or on a plate. On top of that we stored the lettuce in a head, leaves, and chopped. So we weighed, tasted, felt, and smelled 12 samples every day. Well, I didn't taste it every day but Alexis had to. Ha Ha. She was really tired of this project by day 5.
